Welcome to Alpha Strength Training! Alpha Strength Training offers personal training, athletic development, virtual training, small group classes, competition prep and accountability. We are here to help our clients reach their goals through personalized plans.
Our Personal Training is set to help our clients individually achieve their goals by tailored plans built to each clients needs. Our clients goals range from toning and basic weight loss, competition prep, post surgical strength training and competitive athletic development. All of our Personal Trainers hold certifications from accredited institutions.
Our Small Group class are held in our newly renovated STUDIO 9. Our classes vary from relaxation based classes like Yoga to higher intensity classes like High Intensity Interval Training to strength based classes like Women’s Strength Training. Our classes are smaller and more intimate than your local commercial gym class, so you will not get lost in a sea of class participants. Early morning classes, evening classes and weekend classes are offered so our clients/members can make the most of their member experience.
